In 1897, the University moved from forty-ninth Street and Madison Avenue, where the campus has stood for forty years, its location is in Morningside Heights 116th Street and Broadway. Administration and Visitor Center

Nevis laboratories, founded in 1947, is the main center of the Columbia study of high energy experimental particle and nuclear physics. Located in Irvington, New York, Nevis is located on 60 acres was originally owned by the son of Alexander Hamilton.

Tour of campus access
Visitors with disabilities can request the Morningside campus tours can be accessed from the visitors center, 213 of low library.
